Self proclaimed Ghetto President Bobi wine has hit back at Uganda Communications Commission for banning his recently released song attacking Kampala City Council Authority  Executive Director Jennifer Musisi.Early this week he posted on his facebook wall, "Now, I want to advise the Uganda Miscommunication Commission to remember that they are supposed to be serving the people, not a person. Listen to what the people are trying to communicate instead of intimidating the messenger. Listen to the voice of the people, understand, don’t misunderstand, communicate, don’t miscommunicate.”This comes after media rumours that UCC banned his "Tugambire ku Jennifer” song, allegations that UCC’s Eng Geoffrey Mutabazi strongly denies.Mutabazi says that UCC does not ban songs but it advises to small changes.
