Editor,It may not be the first time African players have gone missing while taking part in an international sports event in foreign countries. But what’s so disturbing is that some of these young athletes actually shatter their dreams by staying in a foreign country illegally, with no hope of ever securing citizenship there. I hope our own Eric Ngirinshuti and James Rutikanga have not emulated the other African athletes who have gone missing during the recent Olympic and Paralympic Games in London. The two had a bright future as national sitting volleyball players, and I hope they will make the right decision and return home.Donata UmulisaRwamagana
