Early this month, Aurore Kayibanda Mutesi, 20, was crowned Miss Rwanda 2012 three years ever Grace Bahati was crowed.Mutesi was born in Bujumbura, Burundi. She is daughter to Ladislas Kayibanda and Olive Mukazera and is the last born in a family of four that comprises of three girls and a boy.She started school at Apele Petit Prince nursery and primary school where she also attended primary one to four before joining Kimisange primary school. For Ordinary Level, she went to Saint Joseph Secondary School in Nyamirambo, and later joined ETO Kicukiro; the current Integrated Polytechnic Regional Centre (IPRC). She pursued construction works and is currently a First Year Civil Engineering student at Kigali Institute of Science and Technology (KIST).The Miss aspires to be an Architectural Engineer, loves praying, interacting and sharing with friends as well as advising and learning from others.Gospel is the type of music she loves listening to.
