Renowned cultural musician Leander Reremire Rutiganda, better known by his stage name Focus, has launched a website as one of the key strategies to promote his music. He told The New Times that the development cost him Rwf550,000. "I realised that investing in anything that is going to promote my music, both locally and internationally, is worth the money,” Focus said.He noted that the link will also attract and direct anyone who needs his services to him. He explained that the website, www.ruremirefocus.com, will be the easiest way the media and his fans can access information on anything that concerns him musically. "I have a team that will be in charge of uploading information about every event I believe the public is interested in,” he said.Focus started singing in 2007, but rose to fame last year after releasing two singles, "Bihogo” and "Urakowe” which widened his fan base.Prior to his cultural traits, Focus was an R&B singer and even launched an album of six songs. He realised and confirmed later that he was indeed more talented in cultural music than he is in RnB. He is currently working on his second six-  song album. He also plans to have a video for each song. The launch will be in two phases, the first taking place at Kigali Serena Hotel on December 30 while the second will be at Amahoro stadium on January 31. Renowned cultural artiste Intore Masamba and Cecile Kayirebwa will perform at the rumoured Rwf 28 million launch.
