Editor,It almost makes you feel sorry for the poor imperialists watching all this win-win cooperation power ahead in spite of their spoiling, destabilising efforts.

Of course, the imperialists will increase their efforts to spoil the party, but won’t that just make the likes of the Rwandans only more determined to pursue the path of win-win cooperation in the place of divide-and-rule destabilization and poverty?
