EditorAllow me to respond to a stor--y that appeared in The New Times on September 5, titled "Rwanda woos investors at Singapore forum.”Rwanda Development Board (RDB) has over the years called on foreign investors to invest in the country’s services sector which has a wide range of incentives.  Many investors have been in Rwanda to explore business opportunities which is encouraging.The investors have been looking at suitable investment opportunities in various sectors, including construction, tourism, agriculture, manufacturing and energy.While a lot has been improved to facilitate business people wishing to invest in the country, prevailing peace ushered in by the current government has played a greater role in instilling confidence among the investors.Without security, no single investor will risk his or her money.Augustin IyamuryemyeNyagatare
