Editor,I was delighted to read your article in The New Times of September, 5, titled "UK unfreezes aid to Rwanda”.This move vindicates the fact that Rwanda was in no way contributing to the unrest and instability in neighbouring Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). I do believe, it will not be long before other countries who had put on hold their aid to Rwanda, will likewise, resume the aid which has already been committed by the Governments of the respective countries.No matter how much agencies and organisations might try to put brakes on the rapid growth and development taking place in the country, by spreading false propaganda; in the final analysis, the truth about Rwanda will always prevail.Please allow me to wish the Government and the warm, friendly and hard working people of this great nation, continued success in their quest for excellence!
