Editor, Ordinarily things should be orderly. Chaos should be once in a while unwanted exception. Organising public transportation is the best thing Government can do for us. Let the Agaciro concept run through all activities we undertake. Chaos, stampeding, insults, swearing at each other, touts shouting on top of their voices should be replaced with queueing, patience, mutual respect, tolerance, quick and equal service, thanking for a service all reaffirm our collective dignity.In most African cities public transport means being abused, a sweating conductor standing literally above you with smelly armpits, stampeding to enter a vehicle, touts grabbing your luggage to force your choice, travelling in the same vehicle with chicken, goats, rabbits, pigs and crates of soft and hard drinks (including local brew) etc. In one particular city that I won’t mention the boot of a saloon car is part of the passenger space. A car passes  by and you see the boot open with four or five heads protruding therefrom.
