AFTER offloading most of the foreign players, Police FC has completed signing of five Rwandan players ahead of the start of the national football league due on September 15.Former La Jeunesse goalkeeper Regis Mazimpaka, Jean Yahaya Ugirumurengera (AS Kigali), striker Corneille Murwanashyaka (Mukura Victory Sport), Yussuf Ndayishimiye (SC Kiyovu) and Innocent Habyarimana have completed their transfers to last year’s Peace Cup beaten finalists.Police FC chairman Alphonse Katarebe confirmed the new recruits after completing the transfer of striker Ndayishimiye on a two year contract for an undisclosed fee."We are happy for the new recruits and they are all good assets to the club. Ndayishimiye is a good striker who will beef our striking force while Habyarimana has proved that he is technically gifted and is an all-round excellent forward as well,” Katarebe told Sunday SportPolice finished last season in second position, behind APR and will make their debut in next year’s CAF Orange Confederation Cup.
