Editor,I was pleased to read your article titled "Miss Rwanda 2012: The Contestants " published in The New Times, August 29.  It is very interesting to know that the Miss Rwanda Contest is back after almost three years. God has blessed this nation with great natural beauty. But He has also blessed the country with beautiful people.While the fifteen finalists gear up for the big event, please allow me to wish these beauties of Rwanda all the very best in the forthcoming contest.There is a common saying "Beauty lies in the eyes of the beholder”. While these few young ladies have made it to the final of the contest, I do believe that this country is filled with millions of beautiful people, who are always there to reach out to one another and thus make this world a much  better place to live in.Clarence Fernandes
