Editor,It’s good news to learn that many Rwandans have realised the importance of paying taxes. Officials from Rwanda Revenue Authority (RRA) say smuggling of goods that are tax-free has decreased.

I think this has been possible following massive sensitisation by RRA. Let us pay taxes and build our nation.
