I want to thank the management of the National University of Rwanda (NUR) for the work they are doing as they up lift the standards of our university; however I also wish to point out that there are some departments that need serious attention if the university is to run smoothly and provide better services.
I am a former NUR student and for the last three months, I have been trying to process my academic transcripts to no avail.
I can’t count how much money I have spent commuting between Kigali and Huye looking for the very documents. This came to a climax on Monday 19th May 2008 when this very office closed doors behind me without notice.
It is amazing when you find those very officers advocating for quick services elsewhere yet they can’t offer what is expected of them.
I would therefore like to ask those in charge to do the work they are paid for accordingly.
