Editor,Fifty two per cent of adolescents consume alcohol, 41 per cent smoke cigarettes, and 20 per cent use marijuana. All these have diverse effects, ranging from physical to psychological. Let the concerned authorities around the Nyabugogo ‘death valley’ come up and rescue the residents, otherwise these ‘marines” have started committing crimes against humanity.
