SAMUEL Eto’o is available to play for Cameroon again after serving his eight-month international ban.The 31-year-old centre-forward was suspended following a strike in Marrakech over unpaid fees.Eto’o, who has won 109 caps and scored 54 goals for The Indomitable Lions, looks set to be included in a 23-man squad to be named on Friday.Cameroon play the first leg of their 2013 African Nations Cup qualifier against Cape Verde on 8 September.The Cameroon Football Federation has notified Eto’o, his lawyer and his club Anhzi Makhachkala that his ban has expired.The federation is eager to welcome the four-time African player of the year back into the fold to help the team qualify for next year’s Nations Cup.Cameroon will definitely be without Ajax midfielder Enow Eyong, who was injured during the friendly against Guinea Conakry in France and did not play in the two Nations Cup and 2014 World Cup qualifiers in June.And Valenciennes’ Gaetan Bong and Edgard Salli of Monaco may miss the match against Cape Verde as they are also recovering from injuries.
