Most of us experience hair breakage at some point in our lives as a result of poor diet, health, immune system, stress or environmental surroundings. We can prevent hair breakage by taking better care of our hair and our bodies.  Follow these tips to prevent hair breakage.Buy a good shampoo. Read the back of shampoo bottles and see what ingredients they have in them. If they provide strengthening of the hair and vitamins and minerals, then you should purchase it. Let your hair free most of the time. Tying your hair back in a ponytail or wearing a hat all the time will only add to stress on the hair follicle. This stress can then result in hair breakage or hair loss.Eat more vegetables and fruits these can provide you with the daily vitamins and minerals that you need. Eat three meals a day or five little ones, and keep to a regular healthy eating routine.Wash your hair only a few times a week. The more you wash your hair, the more it gets stripped of its oil and dries out. Washing your hair twice a week should be fine.Avoid stressful situation. If you live a stressed lifestyle or if you constantly feel stressed, then find a healthy outlet. You can exercise, see a therapist or go for a day at a spa. The more the stress, the more your hair will stress and break.WarningAvoid drying your hair with a hair dryer or burning it with a curling or flat iron whenever possible.
