Editor,Some individuals misconceived the idea of "KWIHANGIRA IMIRIMO” as a way of exploiting others in the form of extending services to them. The truth is that these misguided individuals go to the extent of involving some local leaders to assist them in this looting by forcing people to be members of cleaning companies. Some of these companies are there to make money on the expense of the innocent people.
