Today Rwanda is a model for many countries...we want to develop this culture of giving thanks to God,” said Mugisha. He said that the initiative will be recognised across the country annually.Eric Munyemana, the Executive Director of Peace Plan, said the estimated budget for this year’s event is Rwf40 million. The events shall be coordinated by Rwanda Purpose Driven Ministries PEACE Plan, a Christian organisation established in Rwanda by renowned American evangelist, Rick Warren.
