Editor,I believe many people have noticed a marked improvement in customer care and service delivery in Rwanda over the years. Of course, there still exists room for further improvement.We want to point out this young man, Gogo Nshimiye, an employee of MTN at the Service Centre at the Union Trade Centre.Through your esteemed newspaper, we would like to acknowledge the impeccable customer care service rendered by this employee who avails himself regardless of the time or day to provide technical assistance and has been indispensable in solving and answering all our Blackberry internet connection queries.We have personally made phone calls to him even over the weekend and he has always been available to help with our various needs.As Blackberry users, we are dependent on our phones for work, and knowing that we have reliable support service is of immeasurable help.Such excellent customer care, which unfortunately is difficult to find these days is worth a mention and should be emulated by all.
