Editor,It is interesting to learn that funds that will be collected through the newly created Agaciro Development fund (AgDF) will be invested into projects aimed at improving services in rural areas. I wish we had started this great initiative much earlier. We can still survive without western aid.  If we start mobilisation today, we can in near future help ourselves. The war to liberate ourselves was hard but we managed.If we managed to fight for our rights and liberated this country from the hands of killers how about something like aid?
