Semi-finals, Game 3

APR Vs REG 8pm

Defending champions REG will be optimistic of winning game 3 and take control of their semi-final series when they face APR on Friday at Stecol court.

The game tips off at 8pm.

After the first two games, in the best of three semi-final matches, REG and APR are level 1-1.

Henry Mwinuka’s REG defeated APR 85-47 in game one last week, before the army side bounced back to take the second game 68-59 days after.

The third and ultimate game of the semifinals was supposed to be held on Wednesday, but it did not take place due to a heavy downpour that made the outdoor court of Kepler University unusable.

Meanwhile, Patriots Basketball Club reached the finals of this season’s playoffs, thanks to a 73-51 victory over Tigers in game 2 of the best-of-three semifinals.

The Patriots won the first game 91-45 on Friday and went on to win the second one on Sunday, August 28.
