Editor,This is with reference to your article in yesterday’s issue of The New Times, titled "First Lady counsels the youth”.Please allow me to convey my sincere congratulations to the First Lady, Mrs. Jeanette Kagame, and her energetic team at the Imbuto Foundation for a decade of dedicated service to the nation. All the programmes introduced and implemented by the Foundation are commendable.   It is a reality that today’s youth are tomorrow’s leaders. As Mrs. Kagame has very rightly remarked, Rwanda’s future depends on the choices the youth make; and she has urged them to use their skills and knowledge to build a strong foundation for the country. The dynamic Minister for Youth and ICT, Jean Philbert Nsegimana, whom I had the pleasure of meeting during his recent visit to Mumbai, has also said that  the youth must have a positive attitude and complement their uniqueness as Rwandans by working hard. For sure, under the exemplary leadership of President Paul Kagame and his government, Rwandan youth will be able to dream the "impossible dream” and definitely reach the "unreachable star ".Clarence Fernandes
