Editor,The government on Saturday, last week, signed a Memorandum of Understanding with some of the leading nursing and medical institutions in the United States to improve heath care standards in Rwanda. This is good news and Rwanda’s health care system has already been applauded by many.I visited Rwanda three years ago. Every year, things change for the better. You have a wonderful and caring leadership. I am so glad that the Rwandan people will be able to experience the benefits from this new training.
