Editor,I wish to respond to an article which  appeared in The SundayTimes, August 5, under the headline "Time to choose Kenya over Manchester and Arsenal”. Great observation.Some good reading for a Sunday morning. I’ve been wondering why the cultural and sports dimension of the EAC has not been pushed as heavily as the economic stuff. An annual East African sports meet would go a long way in opening up the borders as much as the troublesome customs union is supposed to.Nathan H.O
