Ol Biz, who won this year’s Best R&B award and emerged second runner-up in the Hip-hop category in a music competition organised ‘Talent Detection’ during the "Bye Bye Vacance” concert, has released a single. The track orchestrated and produced by two local music producers David Tuyishime of Future Records and Chris Chettah of GFB Records, marks Ol Biz’s first mainstream release. The song, "Omugisha” was released last week. According to the artiste, real name Olivier Bizimana, the song is inspired by real-life love, with a smooth Afrobeat touch describing one’s desire towards their loved one."So far the song has received positive responses from people who have listened to it and this has motivated me to do more tracks,” says Ol Biz.The 23-year-old up-coming artiste, however, notes that he has been forcing major challenges, among others, not having a manager."I wish to thank Gaston Rurangwa, the Managing Director of Talent Detection, my producers, fans and friends for supporting my talent.” he said. Ol Biz requests for more support from the public.
