Mani Martin will take a different approach to his usual headlining arena shows this season. The singer is set to launch his "My Destiny” album on September 21 at Kigali Serena Hotel. Tickets for the concert will go on sale to the general public on the day of the launch. More updates are expected to filter in as the event approaches.The performances will offer fans a more up-close-and-personal feel to the star, as he intends to incorporate both powerful stories and meaningful songs that have impacted the lives of his fans in the country."The concert will take place on the International Day of Peace and fans should expect a performance which is 100% live, with both traditional and modern songs,” Mani Martin told The New Times."During the concert, I will be sharing meaningful songs, stories and some jokes and I’m looking forward to it.”The album, "My Destiny” will consist of eight singles, including: Rwagasabo”, "Birawewe”, "Irungu”, "Hamani” and "Nyiramwiza”, among other songs."I already released the songs,” said Martin, "and now working on the videos because I want each song to have its video.” The singer promises fans a delightful evening when all the artistes perform live on stage.This means that all the performing artistes will be backed by a live band, something that Kigali fans have been longing for.
