Editor,Allow me to respond to a letter published in The New Times under the headline "Kigali on course to become a great city” (The New Times, July, 13). Let us all support Kigali City Council and the government in general to make Kigali a great city.I would also like to thank everybody supporting the government to transform every sector in the country.Nobody thought Rwanda could change so much in the space of 18 years only.This is a true demonstration of the transformation in Africa, coupled with the fact that Africa has a rich history, culture and mineral resources. I think this is just the beginning. Under the current leadership, a lot will be achieved.Adonijah Ochieng
