Sometimes success can be a dream that may never come true to most young upcoming stars. One day, at the age of nine, Thomas Muyombo aka Tom Close, sat lonely in the compound and made a stunning decision of joining the music industry. Luckily, God was on his side and things worked perfectly well. A second year medicine student at National University of Rwanda has defied the odds and lived the dream and he is expected to launch his debut album soon.

After releasing hit singles Mbwira and the title truk  Kuki  with its video, Tom Close finally let his music talent start to flourish.

The budding RnB star is currently promoted by Alex Muyoboke a long time family friend who he also described as his driving force behind his success.
