Editor,While paying a courtesy call on President Paul Kagame two weeks ago, the Ugandan community living in Rwanda requested to be allowed to benefit from the national medical subsidised scheme. Currently, there are about 4,000 Ugandan nationals living in Rwanda. What a joy to see Rwanda becoming a country of hope for many people; even non Rwandans are now willing to live in a country which they previously detested!Thank you President Kagame and everyone who has helped turn Rwanda around.Nathan Twagirimana
