Editor,The construction of the One Dollar Campaign complex in Kagugu, Gasabo District, is scheduled to be complete by the end of next month, according to the project manager.The complex is funded by proceeds from a campaign initiated by Rwandans in the Diaspora aimed at helping provide shelter to needy orphans of the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi.This is a proof that Rwandans can find genuine solutions for their own problems.  S.
