The 2012 international trade fair, which officially opened yesterday at the Expo Grounds in Gikondo, has attracted over 400 exhibitors from different countries.  There is plenty to showcase including, industrial and electrical goods and appliances, trade and services, engineering as well as agricultural products, machinery, foods and beverages, chemical and cosmetics, farm implements, timber and furniture, textiles and garments, gift articles and crafts, ICT, Cultural and tourism articles.While this Expo makes for great shopping, Rwandan traders and manufacturers should take the time to interact with the foreign exhibitors. Businesses from Europe, Australia, Turkey, India, Malaysia, Pakistan, Iran, United Arab Emirates, Singapore and Taiwan are showcasing areas of excellence. This is a great opportunity to learn good business practices from their contemporaries and even network for business opportunity. This way, the Rwandans will enjoy fruits of the 2012 Expo, long after it has ended.
