Editor,Reference is made to that article that appeared in The New Times of July, 25, titled "Some positive reporting on Africa, please? It was a great piece and I enjoyed reading it.
I was thrilled by all the highlights it brought to light, the truth, the pros and cons, controversies about our beloved continent, Africa, and Rwanda. However, Africa remains the most natural; the most beautiful land of countless resources, plentiful, but it has lagged behind because of lack of vision and good governance in some African countries.
They travel abroad, they see what is useful to their people, but choose to give it a blind eye, keeping their people in poverty, darkness, just to rule forever! But, I am happy to say Rwanda stands out of this crowd - it is exemplary in so many ways, despite the many odds.John Sebakwiy
