Dear editor, I would like to express my surprise through your paper. It is so disgusting to see the former killers who are still blood thirst and killing survivors. We had on the radio and read in your paper that survivors continue to be killed in Muhanga, the former Gitarama. Can’t serious exemplary punishment be meted out to those who continue to commit the crime of genocide?
Dear editor,

Why do they feel that they have got to continue killing the very people who survived death yesterday in their hands? Is it because they have not had heavy punishment but mercy from the survivors? I cannot answer all these questions and I call one of the leaders of this paper to help me answer them.
Let the authorities help us and take the necessary steps that I am sure they have been taking but in vain.
