Dear Editor, I would like to express my sincere disappointment at the way Rwandans treat their customers. Yesterday I went to MTN centre and I waited for forty five minutes before the receptionist could come and attend to us. And when she did come she was strolling like she owned the world and with no sign of apology, she asked us what we wanted.
Dear Editor,
I would like to express my sincere disappointment at the way Rwandans treat their customers. Yesterday I went to MTN centre and I waited for forty five minutes before the receptionist could come and attend to us. And when she did come she was strolling like she owned the world and with no sign of apology, she asked us what we wanted.
Because I needed help I decided not to complain but this spoilt my day.
I just came back from my studies in Europe and no company keeps anyone waiting. Time is vital for its progress and if some one is late they always apologized. I think it’s time for MTN Rwanda to do the same if they have to grow at a fast pace because time waits for no man or woman. If this is too hard for them then, we shall demand for an alternative telecom company, so that there is competition which may improve services.
