Editor, I am happy to learn that former United States President Bill Clinton last week announced a seven-year programme aimed at helping train the next generation of medical practitioners in Rwanda.I have just received information that my relative has been accepted to be part of this wonderful project. We are not only proud of her but grateful that she will bring home so much in terms of experience.
