Today kids need to take a stand and fight against catching cough. Here are some ideas on how to avoid catching coughs.First, always remember to have your hands washed before and after holding anything especially, food and after visiting washrooms. Use soap to wash all the germs off your hands. Also, keep your nails short since germs normally hide there. When you wash your hands with short nails, they will get thoroughly, clean.Children, stop sharing juice bottles because you do not know if your friend has cough or not. Your friend may even be having other diseases that you are likely to catch while sharing that juice. Sharing is good but always pour juice into a clean cup and give them. Also, another bad habit that kids have is sharing chewing gum from their mouths with friends who have cough. This is very unhealthy.Drinking dirty boiled water from the tap is unsafe for you, kids. Use tap water to wash your hands but do not drink it. Avoid playing games in dust and mud this holiday. Dust will enter your throat and get stuck there hence causing serious cough. However, when cough has attacked, tell mummy or daddy to buy you medicine and endeavor to always take it. Remind people at home in case they have forgotten to give you your medication. Always cover your mouth every time you feel the need to cough.
