Editor,Last week, President Barack Obama released a statement about the fatal shooting incident at a premiere of "The Dark Knight Rises” in Denver, Colorado, US, on July 20.This is yet another incident of cold blooded murder of innocent people. Whatever the motive of the killer was, the basic underlying reasons remain the depression, sense of isolation, frustration, and fear of unknown.One or more of these factors build up in people’s minds when there is lack of much human interaction. Such incidents show that more person to person human interaction is needed, which is getting scarce with fast pace of development and urbanization.My thoughts and prayers are with the victims of the theater attack.RachnaRuhengeri
