Editor,Allow me to respond to a story that appeared in The New Times of July 15, titled "Finding a new life after overcoming drug addiction.”I remember that two years ago, I saw Daniel Sibomana in a very deplorable situation that I actually thought 30 minutes would be a privilege for him to survive. I thought he was almost dying. Today, I thank God for having miraculously changed his life. God bless you, Daniel. We hardly know each other but we’ve went to the same school (EJC).
