It is joy for every child to have little brothers or sisters to laugh, hold, sing and play with. It is very important to love and take very good care of your little ones. Children, always keep an eye on your baby siblings when at home, school and Sunday school.Even when mummy is around, do not wait for her to help and do everything for your baby brother or sister. Help them to bathe and get dressed. Do not allow them to touch sharp things like needles, pins, razor blades or a knife. If they do, remove them carefully. When they want to use the toilet, get them a potty or escort them to the toilet. When out playing in a park, let them stay around you. Also, make sure they do not go near fire. If they are hungry and mummy or daddy is busy, get them their milk to drink. Do not beat or fight with them especially over toys and dolls. Learn to share whatever you have and if they make a mistake tell mum or dad, instead of shouting at them. Always teach them stories you learn from school and Sunday school. When you are in the same school, always go check on them at break time to see if they are fine. When you show love and care, God will bless you because you are teaching your little siblings how to love and care for others too.
