Uganda Revenue Authority FC, a top flight team in Uganda is in Kigali ahead of a friendly match against Rayon Sports on Friday afternoon at the Kigali stadium in Nyamirambo.

It is the second friendly Rayon Sports is going to play against a Ugandan team, after losing to Ugandan champions, Vipers 1-0 two weeks ago.

The tie comes after a friendly between Rayon Sports and Police of Kenya was canceled due to a ban from international matches against Kenyan clubs. FIFA banned Kenyan clubs from such games due to government interference in the Kenyan FA.

Rayon sports will play another friendly match against Singida Big stars of Tanzania on September 4, 2022. Rwandan striker Meddie Kagere features for the Tanzanian side.
