It is really disturbing to hear that some survivors are still being hacked to death for no crime but just because they are what they are. It is mainly the former Gitarama, which has not stopped the ideology of eliminating the Tutsi.

I say this because almost all recent victims have been coming from that place, particularly in Kamonyi district. So one wonders what speciality the place has.

All I can say is that it is bad to commit a crime but worse to repeat it. And more especially when it is a crime against humanity, the culprits should get the heaviest punishment on earth as a deterrent.

So let the authorities take an iron-hand, otherwise, survivors and others remain at risk.
