Editor,Reference is made with the article in yesterday’s issue of titled "Upgrading quality of Rwandan graduates.” It is true that over the years, the quality of education in Rwanda has improved.However, much as the number of graduates has risen, their quality is questionable on the labour market.  Learning is one thing and quality and experience another.
