Editor,Over the last 18 years, I have noticed that Rwandan women have increasingly played a significant role in the country’s transformation.This has been possible because the government has given women a chance to fully participate in national development.Various policies were put in place to ensure that women have equal access to opportunities as much as men.Allow me to thank the government and parliament for making women empowerment such a top priority.Janet UwamariyaKigali
