Editor,I wish to join the celebration of Abner Cyusa’s survival and to thank his parents for investing in a pediatric foundation as their expression of gratitude to the public support they received when their son was faced with a terrible heart defect. This is yet another demonstration of how Rwandans are fast learning to solve their own problems, without waiting for foreign intervention.These parents have started the movement that should and will touch many lives.
