Editor,Again, we learn that the Human Rights Watch (HRW) is lobbying against Rwanda’s election unto the UN Security Council despite AU’s endorsement of its candidature. It’s no longer news that HRW keep recycling any false reports about Rwanda. Yet the same organisation was silent as more than a million Tutsis were butchered in Rwanda 18 years ago!Wonder whether all the latest noise has nothing to do with DRC’s mineral wealth.
