The news that the Board of Directors of RSwitch Ltd, Rwanda’s national payment switch, appointed Konde Bugingo as the firm’s new Chief Executive Officer, is interesting since I believe he is a capable leader.We are all happy for him and I think it was a wise move to give him the Rswitch job since he knows the market and the challenges out there, especially for banks. Looking forward to getting better service from Rswitch, and hoping the move will propel them to keep improving the quality of their services.Andrew Cohen
