Editor,It’s good news to learn that the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda has finally handed a life sentence to the former military officer Ildephonse Nizeyimana.Nizeyimana, who was found guilty of genocide, killed many innocent Tutsis including Queen Rosalie Gicanda, the widow of King Mutara Rudahigwa III. The ruling has come late but at least Rwandans are happy that justice has been done.ShemaKigali
