Editor,I would like to convey my congratulations to the Kigali Public Library leadership for the work well done. After reading the article, ‘Kigali Public Library now operational’ (The New Times, June 21), I must say that the facility comes as another channel through which the Rwandan community will continue to be enlightened and education on various issues – through reading.I would, however, like to suggest to those in charge of the library to consider extending working hours to at least 9p.m to allow more time to the working class and other people to visit the library.Jack.
