Editor, The key role played by the Rwanda Development Board (RDB) and the Rwanda Diplomatic Missions in different countries to attract investors in Rwanda is, indeed, commendable.For example, Ambassador Immaculee Uwanyiligira, Rwanda’s envoy to the Netherlands recently rightly commented "nothing is too hard when you put your heart to it.” Her efforts and commitments from others have yielded and benefited their fellow Rwandans.There are several reforms by the RDB which are set to attract investors.
