What is the deal with services here?

Is it just me, or do Rwandans not like to work when they have to serve other people.

Is it just me, or do Rwandans not like to work when they have to serve other people.

From Airliners to restaraunts throughout the city, people take their pretty time with other things while others wait and wait and wait.

For instance, what, exactly, is so difficult about making nyamachoma.

Is this something that should take 90 minutes to make?

Are these guys actually capturing, killing, and skinning the goat right then and there?

Even for simple things such as drinks, it seems as if an order goes in one ear and out through the other.

As for the people at Kenya Airways, you represent the second largest and most serious airline in all of Africa, and yet  you still have customer service representatives who do nothing more than play games all day on their computers and chat with their friends.

I thought it was the Kigali offices but recently I was with a friend in Uganda who had to pick her luggage days after her arrival in the country, what is really happening to people in such serious business? Grow up guys.
