Editor,I wish to comment about the story that was published in The New Times issue of Thursday, under the headline "Senior WHO official calls on Kagame”.

According to the story, the officials visited Rwanda to have firsthand observation of the country’s healthcare "successful” programmes on the ground, with a view of sharing some success stories with the rest of the continent.This is just another example of the progress we are all proud of that has happened in the last eighteen years after the 1994 Genocide against Tutsi. Meeting MDGs by 2015 is progressively becoming a reality. But we will need to put more focus on halving child mortality and maternal health related problems.Enock Nakulanga
